We are looking to add new employees to our team who are reliable and hardworking! The Kennel Attendant position is a critical role on the Simon team. Kennel Attendants are responsible for maintaining proper disease control, cleanliness of our facility, and providing a comfortable environment for our animals. Must be able to work as part of a team to properly maintain kennels, follow protocols, as well as monitoring health and well-being of our animals. The right candidate needs to be comfortable working with both dogs and cats. Previous animal care experience highly preferred.Qualifications/Skills<ul><li>Perform indoor/outdoor cleaning regardless of weather.</li><li>Capable of bending, lifting 40+ pounds</li><li>Must be physically capable of keeping up fast paced, rigorous cleaning regime.</li><li>Good listening and learning abilities</li><li>Ability work well both as individually and as part of a team</li><li>Detail oriented. Willing to follow strict safety and cleaning protocols.</li><li>Genuine passion for animal care</li></ul>RequirementsApplicants must:<ul><li>Be 21 years old or up</li><li>Have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation</li><li>Have a flexible schedule</li><li>Be reliable and show for scheduled shifts</li><li>Be available for nights, weekends, and holidays!
