Responsibilities:<ul><li>Communicate with clients, hospitals, clinics and partner organizations.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate daily Nursing operations.</li><li>Prepare and manage staff duty rosters end month.</li><li>Ensure service quality and compliance with healthcare standards.</li><li>Monitor staff performance, attendance, and documentation.</li><li>Handle client feedback, complaints, and service updates.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Nursing background (QCHP license preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in a supervisory or coordination role.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li><li>Arabic language mandatory, with good English communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and professional email correspondence.</li><li>Compassionate, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.</li><li>Preference given to candidates from arab countries.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
