To date, Nimaya has empowered 3,900+ Nimaya Naaris across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Haryana through partnerships with UN Women, Mumbai Police, SEWA, FICCI-FLO, and more.Mindset<ul><li>Sees CSR not as charity, but as a nation-building investment.</li><li>Obsessed with detail but driven by the big picture.</li><li>Proactive Attitude: Willingness to take initiative and demonstrate adaptability.&#8203;</li><li>Passion for Empowerment: A strong desire to support and enable the success of young women from restrictive circumstances.&#8203;</li></ul>Background<ul><li>0-2 years of experience in the education sector, NGO, service industry, client servicing, CSR program management, operations, or field partnerships.</li><li>Passion for learning and helping others succeed, with strong interest and experience in operations.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with learners, team members, and stakeholders.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple learner cohorts in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, independent decisions and proactively manage tasks.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable to changing program needs; open to occasional travel.</li><li>Proficient with Google Suite and other digital tools; experience with Canva is a plus.</li><li>Based in Kurukshetra, with willingness to travel to field locations.</li></ul>Your Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Training and Program Delivery : Oversee high-quality program delivery, Build strong relationships with trainers and ensure training content and facilitation meet learner needs and program goals</li><li>Compliance Management &ndash; Track and manage compliance deliverables for funders on the ground like attendance &amp; video testimonials, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to all organizational requirements.</li><li>Learner Engagement &amp; Support: Develop and implement learner engagement strategies, including direct communication (calls, meetings) to maintain active participation, monitor attendance, and address challenges promptly.</li><li>Program Evaluation &amp; Improvement: Continuously assess program effectiveness through learner feedback, testimonial collection, data tracking, and progress monitoring. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance impact.</li><li>Data &amp; Reporting: Maintain accurate program databases, track learner performance metrics, and prepare reports for internal review and external stakeholders.</li><li>Administrative &amp; Operational Leadership: Manage daily program operations, oversee administrative processes, and coordinate with the back-end team to ensure smooth execution of all program elements.</li></ul>Problem-Solving &amp; Decision-Making: Take ownership of resolving operational and learner-related challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to program delivery.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
