Job Summary DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE A MUST!We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front office operations efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and proficiency in office management systems such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix.Duties<ul><li>Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar to optimize patient flow.</li><li>Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries, including basic medical coding when necessary.</li><li>Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.</li><li>Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front office environment.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is A MUST.</li><li>Proficiency in dental terminology is essential; familiarity with Eaglesoft or Dentrix is a plus.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>Knowledge of medical coding is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or healthcare administration are advantageous.</li></ul>Join our dedicated team where you can make a difference in patients' lives while contributing to the smooth operation of our clinic!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $29.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Leavenworth, KS 66048 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
