Dentrix Training Specialist Job Overview:
This position is responsible for assisting with new office affiliations converting to Dentirx and its overall system related to managing appointment scheduling, payment processing, patient records, and more. The Dentrix Training Specialist will work closely with several teams within the organization. Ability to work Saturdays and travel extensively is required.
Dentrix Training Specialist Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist and be an integral part of Dentrix training for new employees</li><li>
Create, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials</li><li>
Develop, design, modify and update employee training programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and affiliations</li><li>
Evaluate new training techniques, delivery methods, and procedures and, where applicable, make recommendations for their incorporation, in order to improve quality</li><li>
Offer specific training programs focusing on practical onsite training in order to improve job skills and understanding</li><li>
Manage the creation of employee Dentrix ID&rsquo;s and provide them to the necessary parties</li><li>
Lead ongoing development of training materials for both new and existing offices</li><li>
Able to travel to different offices between within the Northeast to deliver training</li><li>
Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures</li></ul>
Minimum Work Experience and Job Requirements:<ul><li>
2+ years in the dental field</li><li>
2 years of Dentrix experience</li><li>
Prior experience as a trainer is a plus</li><li>
Experience with Google Suite</li><li>
Must be willing to take a Dentrix Skills Assessment Test</li><li>
Must be willing to travel 75%+ of the time</li><li>
Must be willing to remain in the field a week at a time for conversion live support</li><li>
Must be willing to work Saturdays</li></ul>
Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000

We are looking for a periodontist to be responsible for gum related treatments and procedures. The responsibilities of a periodontist include performing surgical procedures, diagnosing and treating conditions, and establishing treatment programs to monitor oral health.
Periodontist Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Providing implants</li><li>
Performing cosmetic surgical procedures</li><li>
Diagnosing and treating conditions</li><li>
Developing treatment plans</li><li>
Providing preventative treatment</li><li>
Resolving gum issues such as gum sensitivity</li></ul>

Board eligible or board certified</li><li>
