What's offered in the accommodation: a bed + bedding set + mattress. You need storage materials you can ask for them after you come settle in the place perhaps if we have extra maybe we can offer you. We have a small cart in MushrifMall Ground Floor.Basic Job Description:<ul><li>Manufacturing Soap &amp; Skin/Body Care Products daily</li><li>Face to face sales, raises purchases, advertise &amp; educate customers well about the products</li><li>Cashier System, Visa Card Machine &amp; POS(Point of Sale) system, cashier, &amp;</li><li>visa card machines</li><li>Deals professionally with customer's complains, refunds, compensations, &amp;</li><li>warranty</li><li>Inventory Management &amp; Restocking Products</li><li>Preparing orders &amp; packaging them for customers</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Zero experienced people can apply to this job! We'll train them until they excel!</li><li>Speaks English, if you speak Arabic it&rsquo;s a plus</li><li>Eventually, for this job you have to transfer to an accommodation in MBZ City &amp;</li><li>you will have to be on our visa so please apply only if you agree to this</li></ul>Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>Speaks English well, if you can speak Arabic it's a plus for you!</li><li>Basic sales &amp; customer service experience</li><li>Basic Persuasion &amp; negotiation skills</li><li>Good Maths, knows how to handle money, &amp; has basic cashier experience</li></ul>Responsibilities &amp; Duties:&bull; Manufacturing Soap &amp; Body/Skin Care Products: - (Even if you have Zero experience! No need to worry, You will be trained well by thefounder of the business on daily basis until you excel the work). Afteryou learn, it will be your responsibility to automatically startmanufacturing whenever the products on the shelves are reducing.&bull; Raw Materials/Products inventory management:- Always check raw materials in the workshop &amp; inform the managerwhatever raw materials are reducing before they ran off (Ex:Perfumes, Essential Oils, Powders, Bottles, Boxes, Bags...etc).- Whenever we receive new raw materials or products you have tocheck: quantity, quality, &amp; inform me if there are damages so wecan contact the supplier for exchange or refund.&bull; Workshop Hygiene, cleaness, &amp; organization:- You have to always clean the workshop by vacuuming the floor, sweeping it with cleaning detergent, always wipe dust from the product&rsquo;s shelves, clean the surfaces, tables, &amp; anything you use for manufacturing: spoons, forks, bowls, molds &amp; other tools. After each session of manufacturing you will clean the tools &amp; return them in their specific places.- The workshop must be always organized &amp; everything must be classified &amp; the manager will teach you how to do that. It&rsquo;s your responsibility to keep the place organized as much as possible.&bull; Face-to-Face sales: Yearly we participate in some well known seasonal festivals around the UAE so, you will be the face of the brand in these festivals! You will have to execute sales during these festivals. In some Festivals, the Business Owner &amp; the Business Manager might be there to help if there is so much traffic. Other days, you might sell on your own. Also, sometimes we will send you to people&rsquo;s houses in Abu Dhabi for &ldquo;Home Service&rdquo; to sell, it depends if there is a demand on this service or not. So, you have to learn how to:- Organize the seasonal kiosk/booth in the festival by: puttingthe stands &amp; organizing the products on them for showcase &amp;selling, as well as decorating the place. (You will be taught by the manager).- Convince customers to buy products by explaining product benefits, discounts, promotions, &amp; deals.- Prepare orders in bags &amp; handle payments through: visa machine or/&amp; bank transfers or/&amp; cash.- Inventory management: to check whether products are lost or stolen during festivals or home service &amp; inform manager what to send more if products are nearly &ldquo;out of stock&rdquo;.- Customer relations: Dealing with customer inquiries, complaints, &amp; understanding customer behavior to help improve the business.&bull; Soap/Skin Care Products Workshops: from time to time we make workshops where we teach people how to make soaps &amp; skin care products. These workshops might be held in a special stadium or hall of ours. Other times. they might be held in organizations &amp; companies forworkers &amp; employees. So, you will be there to assist, help, &amp; maybe explain to students how to do things. The business owner &amp; the manager will be there as well teaching. Note: Mention responsibilities &amp; duties above are basic &amp; primary, you might be asked for additional work depending on your skills &amp; on the business situation. However, we still give you daysoffs &amp; breaks so don&rsquo;t worry as we are very considerate people.Dress code:<ul><li>Wearing long conservative clothes, &amp; not showing body parts</li><li>Wearing hair cover for conservativeness &amp; healthy clean hygiene </li><li>Tattoos are prohibited to show &amp; must be covered well</li><li>Weird piercings: tongue, teeth, nose, &amp; others shouldn&rsquo;t be showing at work</li></ul>Accommodation Rules:<ul><li>You must keep the accommodation clean as much as possible because you share it with others; better to avoid any uncomfortable situations or conflicts with others. If you decide to eat in the accommodation, you must clean the dishes &amp; put them back in their places. Never leave trash behind in your accommodation so that your colleagues will not get upset.</li><li>Always respect when others are doing their prayers or sleeping; never talk loudly if someone is taking rest. Be cooperative &amp; treat people fairly &amp; with respect exactly how you wish they would treat it you as well.</li><li>Please respect your colleagues &amp; owners privacy; never shoot them or open live camera when they are around. If you wish to speak with your family/friends live camera pick a spot far away from people better. </li><li>Don't take anything from your colleagues things or the business owners things without any permission because it breaks the laws it's considered stealing. If you need to borrow anything just ask we will be more than happy to help! </li><li>No Prohibited or Taboo materials: Drugs, Smoking, Weed &amp; other things that is considered Haram &amp;/or illegal in UAE.</li><li>You're not allowed to go outside the villa premises without permission; take permission if you need to visit grocery, supermarket, or go on a day off.</li><li>Not allowed to sneak any outsiders in the accommodation; your family/relatives/friends need to come over for any reason you will take permission from the business owners first &amp; if they agree then it's only possible. </li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
