<div>Job Summary 
We are seeking a dedicated Fine Dining Server to join our upscale restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a fine dining setting. Open availability is a must. 
 
<div>Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables</li><li>Present menus and explain daily specials with detailed descriptions</li><li>Take accurate food and drink orders</li><li>Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently</li></ul></div>
<ul><li>Event set up and breakdown</li><li>Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns</li><li>Clear tables and reset them for the next guests</li><li>Process payments using POS systems or cash registers</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders</li></ul> 
<div>Experience 
<ul><li>Prior experience in hospitality or fine dining establishments is preferred</li><li>Proficiency in sales techniques and upselling strategies</li><li>Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices</li><li>Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs</li><li>Familiarity with restaurant operations and basic math skills.</li></ul></div>
