Key responsibilities:&#9679; Be able to drive sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets&#9679; Capable to learn and unlearn and relearn store practices&#9679; Highly driven, energetic, and being a team player&#9679; Sell, upsell and cross sell based on customer requirement&#9679; Clearly communicate offers and listen to customer requirements before pitching products&#9679; Build a great rapport with the customers to build loyalty and have recurring customers.&#9679; Report daily sales to HQRequirements:&#9679; Excellent Listening skills and Good Verbal Communication skills.&#9679; Excellent customer service and People skills&#9679; Upselling / Cross Selling and meeting sales goals&#9679; General Retail knowhow including but not limited to visual merchandising, product knowledge, strong communication skills and being goal oriented.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
