 The Souled Store is one India&rsquo;s fastest growing youth focused lifestyle brand. We started in 2013 as a homegrown Indian brand and today we are one of the largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and we are expanding across action figures, backpacks and collectibles and are scaling in footwear and kidswear
 
 
 
 
 
 Although we are primarily an online brand, we&rsquo;ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 58 stores across India with plans for expansion pan India.

 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 1-2 years of experience in managing retail and last mile delivery functions for any ecommerce
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 brand or platform.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Responsible for handling entire retail operation and warehouse middle mile and last mile operation.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Should be able to Drive the logistics performance, Deliveries and Service level.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Track and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Must have a knowledge of Invoicing &amp; E-waybill
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Inventory closing of any Inventory movement happens between Stores &amp; Warehouses.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong holding and detailed person, able to take strong follow up with stores, Logistics, Warehouse and between the teams.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience on Microsoft Excel &amp; Google Sheets.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Making MIS reports and circulating to respective and other departments.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 metrics and reports
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Knowledge of ERP/WMS like (Vinculum) will be added advantage and Preferred.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Great communication and followup
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Microsoft office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Able to and willingness to learn of the TSS culture , gain product knowledge and use it
 
 </li>

 Influencer Marketing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Scope and onboard influencers who fit the brand&rsquo;s tone and audience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop creative briefs and write engaging scripts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate operations for products for influencers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all content and assets go live.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate feedback on influencer assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordinating with the performance marketing team for ad assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Curating PR packages for influencers for gifting.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Retail Marketing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and execute store photoshoots and video shoots.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create store content for ads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage in-store branding and visual identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordinate and get influencers for retail store videos.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute retail events to enhance customer engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute ATL and BTL campaigns.
 </li>
