Full job descriptionThe Store &amp; Purchase Executive is responsible for managing all store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, along with handling purchasing activities. The role ensures cost-effective procurement of quality materials, accurate stock management, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies and standards.Key Responsibilities:Store Management:<ul><li>Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.</li><li>Ensure timely receipt and storage of goods as per standard procedures.</li><li>Conduct regular stock checks and maintain minimum stock levels.</li><li>Monitor expiry dates, damages, and wastage to minimize losses.</li><li>Issue materials to concerned departments against approved requisitions.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.</li></ul>Purchase Management:<ul><li>Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors for quality and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices.</li><li>Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply.</li><li>Coordinate with user departments to understand requirements and specifications.</li><li>Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for on-time deliveries.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Update and maintain inventory records in software/manual registers.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports to management.</li><li>Ensure all documentation is as per company policies and audit requirements.</li><li>Assist in monthly/annual physical stock verification.</li></ul>Cost &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure purchases are within budget and follow company approval procedures.</li><li>Monitor and control pilferage, misuse, or overconsumption of stock.</li><li>Adhere to statutory and company procurement guidelines.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of storekeeping and purchasing processes.</li><li>Negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software (IDS, SAP, or similar).</li><li>Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.</li><li>Knowledge of F&amp;B and hotel-related consumables (preferred for hospitality industry).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
