About Us:The Speech Studio is a dedicated speech therapy office committed to helping children improve their communication skills. Our team of passionate therapists provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our practice.Job Summary:The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the practice. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to both clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare administration and a passion for supporting a team. 30-40 hours per week required.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and staff.</li><li>Oversee scheduling of appointments and coordination of therapists&rsquo; calendars.</li><li>Handle client inquiries.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.</li><li>Order and manage office supplies and materials.</li><li>Manage billing in accordance with county and state regulations.</li><li>Implement and improve administrative systems and processes.</li><li>Adapt as needed to the dynamic needs of the practice.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.</li><li>Knowledge of medical billing and HIPAA compliance.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Positive, friendly, and organized.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with Google Workspace and willingness to be trained in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.</li><li>Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive compensation - hourly $25.00-$28.00 based on experience, qualifications, and number of hours desired.</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance options for full time employees.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays for full time employees.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development.</li><li>Positive and supportive work environment.</li><li>Flexibility in work hours.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
