**Must have weekend availability for evaluations, up to 3-4 hrs. Occasional weekday assistance may be needed.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Evaluate and assess residents to create personalized treatment plans</li><li>
Deliver skilled physical therapy services to help residents improve mobility, strength, and quality of life</li><li>
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes</li><li>
Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Arkansas</li><li>
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is preferred</li><li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>
Positive, proactive, and patient-focused approach</li></ul>
