We are looking for a PTA to join our in-house team of outstanding professionals that service our residents through person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes!</p><p></p><div><b>
Physical Therapy Assistant Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing.</li><li>Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist</li><li>Responds to requests for service by relaying information and referrals to Physical Therapist</li><li>Implements and modifies the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment with PT supervision.</li><li>Measures &amp; records patient's motor function, strength, and muscle performance</li><li>Monitor patient response to treatment intervention and modify treatment approach and directive as clinically appropriate with IDT collaboration.</li><li>Provide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers.</li><li>Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state/federal regulatory requirements.</li><li>Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.</li></ul></div><p></p><div><b>
Physical Therapy Assistant Skills:</b><br>
<ul><li>SNF/Long term care experience preferred.</li><li>Current knowledge of treatment practices</li><li>Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.</li></ul></div><p></p><div><b>
Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements:</b><br>
<ul><li>Active/Valid Arkansas license as Physical Therapy Assistant</li><li>In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards</li></ul></div><p></p><div><b>
