The Springs at Greer Gardens seeks a Maintenance Assistant with the perfect blend of personal warmth and technical skills.</div><div>
This is a full-time shift, Sunday-Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm</div><div>

Responsibilities</b><br>
Engaging and getting to know the residents that we serve by building relationships and working with them to understand how we can best serve them.</div><ul><li>
Courteous and professional interactions with residents, families, employees, potential residents/families and outside the community.</li><li>
Monitors HVAC settings (on computer) and resets units on roof as needed.</li><li>
Primary responsibility will be patching and painting apartments.</li><li>
Promptly reports any concerns regarding safe and proper functioning of equipment to supervisor.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li><li>

Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
18 years of age</li><li>
*<b>Physical Demands and Requirements*</b> Maintain ability to lift 50 pounds; to stand or walk throughout the vast majority of the work day; and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist, and reach</li><li>
Must have sufficient manual dexterity to work with the fingers and to reach/handle items.</li><li>
Must also be able to walk throughout campus on frequent basis for extended periods of time. (Up to seven hours)</li><li>
Involves light to heavy physical activity performing non-strenuous and strenuous daily activities.</li><li>
Must be able to pass a background check</li></ul><div></div><div><b>

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dish areas.</div></li><li><div>
Support the team by occasionally assisting with dishwashing, cleaning, and busing tables.</div></li><li><div>
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.</div></li></ul><p>
Qualifications</p><ul><li><div>
Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare, or senior living setting preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently in a busy environment.</div></li><li><div>
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset.</div></li><li><div>
Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.</div></li><li><div>
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.</div></li></ul><p>
