Position Summary: The Springs Living is seeking a People Business Partner to join its team of talented, values-driven HR professionals. As a People Business Partner, this position will provide strategic HR advisory and thought partnership to senior living communities throughout Oregon, Washington and Montana. The main areas of focus include employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy development and implementation, and compliance. This position also collaborates with cross-functional teams to complete organization projects, improve processes and procedures, and increase organizational effectivenes. Key Responsibilities: Provides strategic HR advisory and operational support to senior living communities throughout Oregon, Washington, and/or Montana Partners with Regional Directors and Executive Directors to prioritize and align business and talent objective Serves as a trusted coach and thought partner to employees throughout the organization when questions and issues arise Effectively addresses employee relations issues using good judgement, applicable policies, HR best practices, and conflict resolution strategies Answers and triages HR questions at all levels of the organization and provides HR policy guidance and interpretation Develops and implements new policies when needed. Medication Technician Duties: 
As the Medication Technician, you are responsible for administering or assisting residents to self-administer medications and treatments. Measure vital signs, weight, and remain observant of any problems and report such problems to a supervisor. You are also responsible for communicating with physicians, implementing physician's orders, reporting and documenting pertinent information, and other duties as assigned by the health services supervisor. Additionally, Medication Technicians work as the on-floor supervisor. We are looking for folks with a proven ability to lead teams on shift. 
Caregiver Duties: 
We are seeking to fill full or part time positions for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This small community feel, beautifully designed, includes 33 apartment homes (16 memory care apartments and 17 memory care apartments) and a variety of amenities including restaurant-style dining, a pool and spa, gardening and more.<ul><li>
Each day we help our residents live well with grace and dignity and write yet another very important chapter in their life.</li><li>
Caregivers are responsible for assisting residents with their daily routines which can include helping them bath, dress, or eat.</li><li>
If you are new to the field of health care, we provide all the training necessary to be successful as well as optional ongoing training classes online and in-person to further your career development.</li><li>
