Windsor House is an independently owned and operated center with its own internationally-aligned curriculum designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning in young minds.We&rsquo;re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Head Teacher to lead our passionate team of educators and caregivers.Mandatory Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate in Montessori / NTT / ECCE</li><li>Experience in a Pre-Primary/Preschool setting following International Boards (IB PYP preferred)</li><li>Demonstrated leadership with direct reports (assistant teachers, caregivers)</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design &amp; Deliver Engaging, Child-Centered Curriculum</li></ul>Craft and implement brain-responsive, inquiry-driven lesson plans that honor each child&rsquo;s developmental stage, interests, and learning style&mdash;infusing storytelling, movement, creativity, and socio-emotional growth throughout the day.<ul><li>Foster a Joyful, Values-Based Classroom Culture</li></ul>Create an emotionally safe, inclusive, and aesthetically inspiring environment where purposeful exploration, mutual respect, and joyful learning are foundational to everyday experiences.<ul><li>Mentor &amp; Collaborate with Teaching Teams</li></ul>Lead assistant teachers through intentional planning, real-time modeling, and reflective feedback, nurturing a culture of shared ownership, open dialogue, and continuous professional growth.<ul><li>Observe, Document &amp; Guide Holistic Development</li></ul>Conduct ongoing observations and maintain detailed portfolios to track developmental progress, inform instruction, and engage families through thoughtful assessments and goal-setting conversations.<ul><li>Partner Deeply with Families</li></ul>Build trusting, two-way partnerships with families through consistent communication, collaborative strategies, and meaningful involvement in their child&rsquo;s learning journey both at school and home.<ul><li>Champion Environment, Safety &amp; Professional Excellence</li></ul>Steward a safe, hygienic, and beautifully curated learning space while actively participating in professional development, representing Windsor House with warmth and integrity in all community engagements.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
