Watersound Real Estate is seeking a full-time Content Creator &amp; Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team and help build the future of our internal media agency.</p><p>
This is more than a videographer position.</p><p>
We are looking for a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and relationship builder who is excited to help shape what video marketing looks like across our brokerage. As one of the foundational members of this initiative, this role will play a key part in developing video services, agent content programs, listing packages, brokerage-wide media efforts, and future revenue-generating media offerings that support growth, recruiting, and brand awareness.</p><p>
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, thrives in a collaborative environment, and understands that great content starts with strong relationships. Success in this role requires the ability to make agents feel comfortable on camera, identify compelling stories, educate agents on the value of content marketing, and continuously elevate the quality and impact of our media offerings.</p><p>
This role offers significant flexibility, allowing time both in the office and in the field capturing content throughout Northwest Florida. From luxury communities and amenities to builder partnerships, client testimonials, hospitality experiences, and company initiatives, this position will help tell the story of Watersound Real Estate and the communities we serve.</p><p>

Content Creator & Media Specialist

<div><p><b>Primary Responsibility</b></p><p>
This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the newly established Watersound&reg; Weddings &amp; Events Sales Office, a centralized sales and marketing operation representing a collection of hotels and resorts throughout Walton and Bay counties. Responsibilities include supporting the launch and growth of this new business unit through digital and print marketing, social media, website, promotional campaigns, and coordination with external creative and brand agencies to support brand awareness and revenue growth across multiple properties.</p><p><b>
Essential Job Functions</b></p><p><b>
General Marketing</b></p><ul><li>
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns promoting weddings, social events, and group offerings across multiple properties.</li><li>
Support the launch and ongoing promotion of the Watersound Weddings &amp; Events Sales Office.</li><li>
Coordinate website development, marketing collateral, advertising, digital content, and promotional materials with contracted advertising and/or brand agencies.</li><li>
