</p></div><p>The role of a bartender is to provide an above and beyond service experience and to ensure that all guests are served beverages and/or food in a timely, friendly and high-quality way that follows safety procedures for serving alcohol. It is also the responsibility of the bartender to enrich the guests experience and always show genuine interest in their needs.</p></div><div><p><b><br>
Primary Responsibilities &amp; Essential Functions<br>
</b></p><ul><li>Set up bar at beginning of shift</li><li>
Pick up and count bank</li><li>
Ensure bar is clean, sanitized and fully stocked with juices, produce, beer, wine, cups napkins and silverware</li><li>
Fill and maintain ice wells
</li><li>Cut fruit and make purees
</li><li>Greet all guests upon arrival</li><li>
Upsell food and beverages</li><li>
Anticipate the needs of guests</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift by wiping down and cleaning bottles, wells, and surfaces</li><li>
Clean and maintain beer taps and frozen drink machines</li><li>
Close/ break down bar and clean all workspaces and equipment.</li><li>
Take trash to dumpster as needed</li><li>
Brush and squeegee floors</li><li>
Properly store produce for next day</li><li>
All other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><br>

Education and Experience</b></p><br>
<ul><li>
Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs</li><li>
Ability to read write and speak and communicate in basic English preferred</li><li>
One year bartending experience in a high-volume facility is preferred</li><li>
Must have in person customer service experience</li><li>
CPR Certified</li><li>
Food Handling Certification</li><li>
Alcohol Awareness Certification</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol</li></ul></div><div><p><b><br>
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</b></p><br>
<ul><li>
Detail oriented and thorough
</li><li>Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards</li><li>
Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests</li><li>
Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant friendly way</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service</li><li>
Ability to memorize different Food &amp; Beverage menus
</li><li>Ability to remain calm when dealing with unruly and argumentative patrons</li><li>
Ability to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant</li><li>
Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately</li></ul></div><div><p><b><br>
Physical Demands</b></p><br>

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs</li><li>
Must be able to stay on feet for entire shift</li>
Must be able to continuously prepare beverages for long periods of time<br>

Fast paced high volume bar</li><li>
Work may be either indoor and/or outdoor depending on location</li><li>
Exposure to a possibly noisy environment</li><li>

Possibility of working 11+ hour shifts</li><li>
Potential exposure to naturally occurring environmental factors such as wind, rain, red tide, etc.

</p></div><p>The role of Kitchen Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operations of the dishwashing while ensuring the compliance with all company and department policies.</p></div><div><p><b><br>
Primary Responsibilities &amp; Essential Functions<br>
</b></p><ul><li>Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat</li><li>
Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene</li><li>
Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes</li><li>
Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls</li><li>
Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies</li><li>
Organizing and correctly storing food supplies</li><li>
Promptly transferring meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per the Cook's instructions</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized cooler with proper labeling methods for its contents
</li><li>Performing a weekly deep clean to ensure cleanliness and sanitization of area</li><li>
Removing and disposing trash</li><li>

Knowledge of food and health safety regulations with the ability to follow food and health safety regulations properly and diligently</li><li>
