What You&rsquo;ll Do as an Assistant Head Chef/ Assistant Kitchen Manager</b></h4><ul><li>
Train and mentor kitchen team members</li><li>
Oversee meal segment efficiency and production</li><li>
Manage food purchasing, budgets, and inventory</li><li>
Ensure consistency and portioning of all food products</li><li>
Monitor upkeep and maintenance of kitchen equipment</li><li>
Run multiple kitchen stations (salads, fry, grill, expo)</li><li>
Oversee daily prep lists and ensure timely completion</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen</li><li>
Follow recipes, build guides, and presentation standards</li><li>
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For Assistant Head Chef/ Assistant Kitchen Manager</b></h4><br>
<ul><li>
Experience in fast-casual or casual restaurant kitchens</li><li>
Skilled in salad, fry, grill, and expo stations</li><li>
Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to order according to budget/pars and manage vendor deliveries</li><li>
Proactive, punctual, and ready for a challenge</li><li>
Must be 18 years of age or older</li><li>
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
