 We are seeking a Commercial Insights &amp; Analytics / Operations Analyst who will be responsible for helping to evaluate product performance, data-driven actionable insight generation, and support Commercial Operations. This individual will possess a combination of strategic thinking and analytical expertise to help the company achieve its commercial goals. Key areas of focus include data analytics and reporting, claims analysis, forecasting, and competitive intelligence. This role will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of business insight needs, data landscape, and how to leverage data to answer business questions efficiently and agilely.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and requires a presence onsite 3 days per week, and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States
 
 
 
 
 
 
 .
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Evaluate and report product performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Become a subject matter expert in company&rsquo;s products
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and track key drivers of product performance, and proactively uncover risks and opportunities for the product
 </li>
 <li>
 Claims and other data analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Help clean and integrate claims and other data sets
 </li>
 <li>
 Routinely generate data-driven insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Forecasting
 </li>
 <li>
 Help develop product / market models and scenario planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Triangulate and pressure-test assumptions with various data sources (primary research, competitive intelligence, analogs, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Market intelligence
 </li>
 <li>
 Help in competitive analysis to assess market dynamics, product positioning and to monitor emerging threats
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Basic Qualifications:
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; advanced degree in data science preferred
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, data science, or related functions (insights, equity research, or commercial operations) required
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in analytical tools, models, software, and data visualization platforms used to work with large and complex datasets (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI)
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to execute complex advanced analytics projects, combining disparate data sour
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills with an ability to troubleshoot and solve complex business operations challenges
 </li>
