Job Overview
At StevensLee, the Research Assistant supports professionals with client-driven research activities. This role requires the ability to clearly communicate, locate, organize and apply information, and work both independentlycollaboratively with a team to deliver actionable insights. Ideal candidates will have an academic background in business, communication, library science, or a related field, with strong organizational, language, and interpersonal skills.
This position is an internship, with the potential for full-time employment consideration. 
Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>
Interpret communications and requests to identify information need(s), format, priority, and breadth.</li><li>
Build, evaluate and refine targeted lists for sales, networking, administrative review, and service development.</li><li>
Research, identify key details, and compose customized company profiles, biographies and related reports.</li><li>
Monitor and retrieve industry standards, regulations, and news for practice groups, leadership, and administrative use.</li><li>
Design and run litigation reports and retrieve appropriate legal documents (PACER, Bloomberg Law, local courts).</li><li>
Additional internet-based informational searches and spreadsheet construction as needed by management and professionals.</li></ul>
SkillsCompetencies<ul><li>
Boolean and keyword advance electronic search proficiency preferred.</li><li>
Electronic database and browser search proficiency preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with common computer document file formats and software (PDF, RTF, DOC, DOCX, XLSX, CSV).</li><li>
Demonstrated problem solving skills equivalent to education completed.</li><li>

Job Overview
At StevensLee, the Legal Assistant plays a vital role as an administrative team member supporting a group of attorneys with the shared goal of providing exceptional service to our valued clients.
The Legal Assistant is multi-dimensional position drawing upon a variety of skills and competencies, best suited for an organized, self-starter who enjoys assuming responsibility and learning new things. 
Primary Responsibilities (responsibilities include but not limited to)<ul><li>
Submit Conflict Checks, open new client matters and create New Business Memos as directed by attorneys.</li><li>
Work with various court systems processing paperwork and e-filings, running docket reports, and maintaining docket search charts.</li><li>
Partner with the firm's Finance Department to produce monthly attorney billing; process and submit check requests and complete attorney expense reports.</li><li>
Draft legal documents, prepare letters, correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed; proofread and ensure accuracy of all materials.</li><li>
Make redactions, conduct bates numbering, and compile document productions.</li><li>
Assist with litigation by preparing for court hearings, scheduling depositions, assembling binders and exhibits.</li><li>
Coordinate attorney calendars, set-up meetings, conference calls, and make travel arrangements.
</li><li>Manage all incoming and outgoing U.S., certified and Fed-Ex mail per attorney request.</li><li>
Welcome clients and greet visitors with a helpful, positive, and professional attitude.</li><li>
Answer direct-line phone calls in a professional manner and route as necessary.</li><li>
Work as a team with other law firm support personnel to ensure all tasks and assignments have been completed.</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience</li><li>
Minimum of three years of experience as a legal assistant at a law firm, professional services firm, or corporation</li><li>
Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook</li><li>
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.</li></ul>

Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will implement activities that deliver digital communications through email campaigns, our websites and social media platform(s), and is responsible for generating regular digital outreach to achieve visibility goals consistent with the Platform brand.
The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works very closely with the marketing and business development teams. 
Primary Responsibilities (responsibilities include but not limited to)<ul><li>
Email Marketing: Build and manage effective communications utilizing campaign platforms, including list segmentation and performance analysis.<ul><li>
Collaborate with internal teams in the development of brand-aligned digital content, including multimedia and branded assets</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Social Media: Oversee scheduling, publishing and monitoring of content across social platforms.<ul><li>
Use platform analytics and trends to grow engagement and improve visibility</li></ul></li><li>
Website: Work with the Platform's websites on strategies to support SEO performance and with team leads to implement and optimize SEO and paid digital advertising strategies<ul><li>
Manage image library</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital performance and consolidate performance data across workflows into actionable recommendations.<ul><li>
Develop periodic reports to assess results and inform strategy</li></ul></li><li>
Digital Strategy and Execution: Support the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns<ul><li>
Manage digital marketing calendars and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Five (5)+ years of experience working in digital marketing; law firm or agency experience preferred</li><li>
Strong technical knowledge of WordPress, email campaign services, Google Analytics, SEO tools and social media platforms, and working knowledge of HTML</li><li>
Skill and comfort with writing short form content</li><li>
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and split testing methodologies</li><li>
Strong data management and analytical skills and the ability to use both to improve outcomes</li><li>
Ability to manage time and workload by planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks with changing deadlines</li></ul>
