We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee our retail outlets and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and oversee daily operations of all retail outlets.</li><li>Monitor and analyze daily sales &amp; expenses.</li><li>Prepare and present accurate monthly Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) statements.</li><li>Identify operational gaps and implement solutions.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service quality.</li><li>Supervise employees, track performance, and improve efficiency.</li><li>Support business development initiatives to increase sales and profitability.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in retail management / operations &amp; business development.</li><li>Strong knowledge of basic accounting &amp; P&amp;L preparation.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).</li><li>Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and achieve targets.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience).</li><li>Company-provided visa.</li><li>Travel expenses covered.</li><li>Attractive incentives for achieving sales and business growth targets.</li></ul>Employment Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per month
