<p></p><div><div><div>Summary: Responsible for the preparation, execution, and follow up for special projects within the scope of the slot department. Ensures all assigned projects are completed in a suitable manner within the proposed budgets and timelines.<br>

Essential Functions:
<li>Prepares project implantation plans and ensures work performed adheres to plan specifications
</li><li>Ensures parts and supplies are identified and ordered prior to project implementation
</li><li>Ensure proper coordination and communication with impacted departments
</li><li>Develops and implements plans to ensure effective use of labor
</li><li>Responsible for training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining and scheduling of assigned technical staff
</li><li>Ensure all electronic gaming devices are in compliance and within gaming and department guidelines
</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></div></div></div>
<br><p></p><div><div><div>Qualifications/Requirements:
<li>Minimum three years management experience within a slot gaming operation
</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience related experience
</li><li>Working current knowledge of the various slot and video games, technology and equipment found on the casino floor
</li><li>Understanding of and experience complying with gaming regulations, both operations and technical standards
</li><li>Ability to operate equipment such as a volt/ohm meter, adding machine, two-way radios, handheld voucher scanners, and any other specific tools required of the trade
</li><li>Efficient using computers, including but not limited to Word and Excel
</li><li>Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
</li><li>Accurate money handling and documentation skills
</li><li>Excellent guest service skills
</li><li>Present a professional appearance
</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent
</li>21 years of age or older<br>

Physical Requirements
</li><li>Continuously walking and/or standing and working indoors (more than 50% of the time)
</li><li>Occasionally sitting at a desk or table
</li><li>Lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying up to 100 lbs
</li><li>Bending, kneeling, climbing and using chemical agents (up to approx 25% of the time)
</li><li>Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail
</li><li>Hearing, vision (including peripheral), speech and literacy (critical)
</li><li>Ability to work in a smoky, noisy environment with bright lights, some dust, &amp;
</li><li>hot and cold temperatures
</li>Ability to communicate vocally utilizing portable radios and telephones (critical)<br>
