 💻 The Role
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 hands-on, scrappy operator
 
 to partner closely with our
 
 CEO &amp; Founder
 
 as their right hand. Externally, this role is titled
 
 Founder&rsquo;s Associate &ndash; Operations &amp; Automation
 
 to reflect the execution-heavy, startup nature of the work.
 
 Internally, you will be our Chief of Staff
 
 , supporting company-wide priorities and turning ideas into operational reality.
 
 
 This is not a traditional, corporate Chief of Staff role. We don&rsquo;t need someone who delegates from afar,&nbsp;
 
 we want a builder
 
 . Someone who enjoys digging into data, automating workflows, optimizing processes, and helping teams deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience.  🛠 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Work directly with the CEO &amp; Founder on strategic and operational priorities
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Monitor and improve end-to-end operational processes across teams
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Dive deep into Customer Experience interactions and recommend improvements
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Work closely with our Design team to ensure project requirements, timelines, and outputs consistently meet customer expectations
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Build and maintain
 
 no-code/low-code automations
 
 (Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, HubSpot workflows, Google Workspace, etc.) to reduce manual work
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Partner with our Data Analyst to monitor key metrics, surface insights, and identify bottlenecks
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop SOPs and implement scalable, repeatable systems
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Drive cross-team alignment and take ownership of special projects from planning to execution
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Bring a scrappy, test-and-iterate approach to solving operational problems
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 🎯 You&rsquo;re a Great Fit If You

 Have
 
 2&ndash;6 years
 
 of experience in operations, business operations, ecommerce operations, automation, or similar roles
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Have experience in
 
 ecommerce, marketplaces, or digital product environments
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Are resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Love building automations and optimizing workflows
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Are analytical and comfortable working with data
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Don&rsquo;t mind getting into the weeds and learning on the fly
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Think like an owner: bias for action, hungry to improve everything around you
