We are seeking an Operations Manager with strong franchise management experience and a proven track record of overseeing complete restaurant and bar operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in managing high-volume outlets, maintaining brand standards across multiple locations, and ensuring operational excellence in both FOH and BOH teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise &amp; Multi-Outlet Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end operations of franchise and company-owned outlets.</li><li>Ensure all units function in full compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and operational guidelines.</li><li>Conduct periodic audits and performance reviews across all outlets.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between franchise partners and the corporate team.</li></ul>End-to-End Restaurant &amp; Bar Management<ul><li>Take full ownership of daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between FOH &amp; BOH.</li><li>Drive operational discipline, service standards, hygiene protocols, and brand implementation across all departments.</li><li>Monitor bar operations including bar inventory, beverage cost control, recipes, and bartender performance.</li></ul>Staff Hiring, Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Lead recruitment for all operational roles with support from the HR team.</li><li>Conduct training programs for FOH, BOH, and bar teams&mdash;service, product knowledge, grooming, SOPs, bar skills, etc.</li><li>Build high-performing teams through mentoring and continuous skill enhancement.</li></ul>Operational Excellence<ul><li>Maintain high-quality service, food &amp; beverage consistency, hygiene, and safety standards.</li><li>Ensure effective coordination between the kitchen and bar for smooth, timely service.</li><li>Implement strong cost-control systems across F&amp;B, wastage, inventory, and manpower.</li></ul>Guest Experience &amp; Event Handling<ul><li>Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and manage complaint resolution professionally.</li><li>Handle peak-hour operations, match screenings, live events, and large group bookings.</li></ul>Financial &amp; Reporting Responsibilities<ul><li>Achieve sales targets, beverage cost, food cost, and overall profitability KPIs.</li><li>Review outlet-level P&amp;L, share inputs for budgeting, and monitor daily/weekly MIS and operational checklists.</li><li>Ensure franchise outlets adhere to financial reporting norms set by the brand.</li></ul>Cross-Department Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with marketing, supply chain, training, finance, and maintenance to ensure all outlets run smoothly.</li><li>Support franchise partners with promotions, campaigns, menu updates, and operational improvements.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>7&ndash;8 years of experience in restaurant or bar operations, with at least 2&ndash;3 years in a franchise-driven F&amp;B brand.</li><li>Deep understanding of bar operations, beverage formats, costing, inventory systems, and bar training.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management capabilities across multiple outlets.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of SOP implementation, brand compliance, and operational audits.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume setups.</li><li>Flexibility to work match nights, weekends, events, and extended operational hours.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per month
