Compensation &amp; Pay Range: 
$12-$20 per hour
Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.

Teacher Responsibilities:

</ul>Requirements

<li>Passion for working with young children.</li>
<li>At least 18-years-old.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Previous experience working in licensed childcare.</li>
<li>CDA or TCC required for Lead Teachers.</li>
<li>Ability to pass background checks &amp; health assessments.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.</li>
