 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and oversee banking operations, including remittances (FTS/SWIFT), WPS, DDS, cheque clearing, manager&rsquo;s cheques/demand drafts, standing orders, auto sweeps, journal entries, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead account management and compliance processes, including account opening/closure, fixed deposits, KYC reviews, documentation follow-ups, static data maintenance, and enforcement of customer confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise reporting, audits, and operational controls, preparing month-end and ad hoc reports, performing voucher checks, handling internal/external queries, and maintaining proper filing and archiving.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive operational improvements and team management, including UAT testing, monitoring documentation discrepancies, following up on expired licenses/IDs, executing clean-ups, supporting projects, and training staff.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations at a managerial level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of CBUAE regulations, Sharia compliance, Islamic banking standards, and banking operational procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of transaction processing, accounting/bookkeeping practices, and operational process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of English (written and spoken).
 </li>

 Job Description:
 
 
 Responsible for counter services at the branch with a view to achieve timely and accurate processing of corporate customers&rsquo;service and transactions request in a personalized manner.
 
 
 Opening of corporate accounts as per bank guidelines and efficiently handle documentation related to customer onboardingprocess.
 
 
 Ensuring all transactions relevant to a customer&rsquo;s query will be followed through by passing the relevant paperwork/information to the concerned department in a timely manner.
 
 
 Answer customer enquiries relative to product&rsquo;s procedures, or refer to appropriate area for action upon proper identification and authorizations and follow up for completion of the task.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Banking &amp; Finance or any related field
 
 
 4-6 years in a banking environment.
 
 
 Practical knowledge of SWIFT, SafeWatch, and core banking systems (preferably iMal)
 
 
 Strong understanding of international payment methods, including relevant rules and regulatory requirements
 
 
 Good knowledge of compliance requirements (AML, KYC, OFAC, FATF)
 
 
 Strong knowledge of Trade Finance Operations, Money Market Transactions, and NOSTRO &amp; VOSTRO Accounts
