</ul></div><div><div>We are a boutique size fast paced law firm looking for a HR generalist. This position does involve travel between both of our locations. We have an office in Marietta and Douglasville, so if you cannot travel to both, please do not apply.<br>

Key responsibilities</div>
<ul><li><b>Recruitment and onboarding:</b> Manage the hiring process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.</li>
<li><b>Employee relations:</b> Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and help maintain a positive workplace culture.</li>
<li><b>Payroll: </b>Effectively and accurately process payroll for employees</li>
<li><b>Performance and development:</b> Assist with performance evaluations, provide feedback, set goals, and coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.</li>
<li><b>Compensation and benefits:</b> Administer benefits like health insurance and retirement plans, process payroll, and help with compensation-related decisions.</li>
<li><b>Compliance and policy:</b> Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations, enforce company policies, and handle issues related to employee records and documentation.</li>
</ul><div>Requirements</div>
<ul><li>Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a HR generalist</li>
<li>Must be able to travel between Douglasville and Marietta</li>
<li>Expected to be well versed on Georgia Labor laws and ensure the company is compliant</li>
</ul><div>Salary</div>
<ul><li>The salary range is from $65,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience</li></ul></div></div>
