</b></h2><div><div><div><p>We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Middle East office. The Executive Assistant will work independently to prioritize administrative tasks in the Middle East by working with the team&rsquo;s senior professionals and by working with other TCW teams to support departmental efforts. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating Dubai office needs, travel arrangements, organizing meetings, managing schedules, and undertaking basic reporting tasks.
</p><p>This is a high-trust role requiring exceptional organization skills, discretion, efficient coordination across time zones, and professional engagement with internal and external stakeholders across the region and globally.
</p><p>The right candidate will be a team player, someone who is proactive in seeking out solutions for potential problems and will, if necessary, insert themselves into any administrative role that comes up. The position requires interface with internal staff at all levels and external parties with a high level of professionalism and adherence to confidentiality. <b>Fluency in Arabic is a strong plus.</b>

</b></h2><div><div><div><ul><li>Interface with internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and adherence to confidentiality
</li><li>Maintain calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
</li><li>Arrange complex regional and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries</li><li>
Maintain, correspondence, documents and filing system in a highly organized fashion</li><li>
Set up and confirm travel arrangements and organize itineraries; proactively monitor travel schedule and resolve any issues that arise</li><li>
Prepare and submit expenses reports on a timely basis</li><li>
Research, collect, and analyze information and materials from the internet and other sources</li><li>
Prepare correspondence, documents, and spreadsheets</li><li>
Prepare/gather/organize materials for meetings and presentations</li><li>
Assist with general office operations and coordination with HR, Finance, and IT teams</li></ul>

</b></h2><div><div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent combination of education
</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize well</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail</li><li>
Must be reliable, possess good judgment, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills</li><li>
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Must adhere to strict confidentiality provisions

</b></h2><div><div><div><ul><li>Minimum of six years&rsquo; experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar role supporting clients and executives. Prior experience working with key stakeholders in the middle east is strongly preferred</li><li>
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and in different time zones
</li><li>Experience in financial services, investment management, professional services, or government-related environments is an advantage</li><li>
Fluent in English required; Arabic is a strong plus</li></ul><div>
