<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Work Location: On-site at our childcare center in McLean, VA
</h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Schedule Options:</h3>

<li>4 hours per day (Monday&ndash;Friday) or
</li>
<li>Full days on Friday &amp; Saturday
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Pay Rate:</h3>

$14&ndash;$17 per hour, depending on experience

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You&rsquo;ll Do (On-Site):</h3>
<ul>
<li>Capture daily photos and short videos of classrooms, activities, and events
</li>
<li>Build flyers, posters, and marketing materials
</li>
<li>Assist with email newsletters and blog content
</li>
<li>Help with onsite promotions, open houses, and family events
</li>
<li>Maintain photo/video organization for marketing use
</li>
<li>Ensure all content reflects a warm, safe, and professional childcare environment
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to work onsite in a childcare setting
</li>
<li>Experience in social media, content creation, or marketing (preferred)
</li>
<li>Strong writing and communication skills
</li>
<li>Basic design and video-editing experience (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
</li>
<li>Creative eye for capturing moments of learning and play
</li>
<li>Promote the childcare center within McLean, Tysons, Falls Church, Arlington &amp; nearby Northern Virginia communities
</li>
<li>Distribute flyers and materials to local businesses, parks, libraries, and family-centered spots
</li>
<li>Highlight local partnerships, events, and community activities on social media
</li>
<li>Support onsite tours, open houses, and outreach events
</li>
<li>Help build community awareness and increase enrollment through targeted local marketing
</li>
<li>Comfortable being around infants to school-age children
</li>
<li>Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
</li>
<li>Reliable and friendly personality
</li>
