Full job descriptionSales Closer &ndash; Cold Calling (Digital Marketing Campaigns)We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer with a strong background in cold calling and digital marketing sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing qualified leads, engaging prospects via phone, and converting interest into long-term clients for our digital marketing services.Key ResponsibilitiesMake high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clientsPresent and sell digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web solutions, etc.)Close deals over the phone and achieve monthly sales targetsFollow up with interested prospects and scheduled callbacksMaintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRMHandle objections professionally and guide prospects toward a final decisionCollaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboardingRequired Skills &amp; ExperienceProven experience as a Sales Closer or Cold Calling Sales ExecutivePrior experience selling digital marketing services (mandatory)Strong communication and persuasion skillsAbility to confidently close deals over the phoneExperience working with US / UK / Canada clients (preferred)Familiarity with CRM tools and call management systemsTarget-driven mindset with a strong work ethicKey QualificationsMinimum 1&ndash;2 years of cold calling sales experienceExcellent spoken EnglishStrong objection-handling and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and meet daily call and revenue goalsPerformance MetricsDaily call volumeConversion rateDeals closed per monthRevenue generatedWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + commissionPerformance-based bonusesStable long-term opportunitySupportive team environmentGrowth opportunities within the companyWork Schedule7pm-4amOnsite-LahorePreferred (Nice to Have)Experience with B2B salesPrevious experience closing high-ticket servicesJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
