Experience Required:Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SEO experienceJob Overview:We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SEO Analyst with a strong background in large-scale, custom-built websites (200,000&ndash;300,000+ pages) and multiple SEO projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technical SEO, semantic SEO, and scalable content strategy, along with hands-on experience working with PHP Laravel&ndash;based, module-driven websites and leading SEO teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for custom-built, enterprise-level websitesPerform advanced technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog and translate findings into actionable development tasks.Collaborate closely with developers on PHP Laravel&ndash;based websites, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented at module, template, and system levelsManage crawl budget, indexation, internal linking, and site architecture for websites with 200K&ndash;300K+ pagesDrive semantic SEO strategies, including entity optimization and search intent alignmentCreate and manage topical maps to build topical authority across large content ecosystemsDevelop detailed SEO-driven content briefs for writers, ensuring alignment with semantic structure, entities, and search intentOversee on-page SEO and content optimization at scale, including metadata, internal linking, and content updatesPlan and execute off-page SEO initiatives, including PR submissions, outreach, and authority link-buildingLead and mentor SEO team members, providing strategic direction and quality controlHandle multiple SEO projects simultaneously, ensuring performance, scalability, and consistencyTrack performance, analyze data, and provide clear, actionable SEO reports to stakeholdersRequired Skills &amp; Experience:5+ years of proven SEO experienceStrong hands-on expertise with Screaming Frog and technical SEO toolsDeep knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEOProven experience working with custom-built websites using PHP LaravelExperience implementing SEO at the module and system level in custom CMS environmentsStrong expertise in Semantic SEO, entity-based optimization, and search intent modelingProven ability to create topical maps and scalable content architecturesHands-on experience creating SEO content briefs for large editorial teamsExperience with PR submissions, outreach, and quality link buildingDemonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale websites (200,000&ndash;300,000+ pages)Ability to manage multiple projects effectivelyPrior team lead or SEO management experienceStrong analytical and communication skillsNice to Have:Experience with programmatic SEO and database-driven contentFamiliarity with headless CMS or Laravel-based CMS frameworksExperience with automation, scripts, or advanced SEO workflowsWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For:A strategic and technical SEO leader who understands how semantic SEO, content architecture, and custom development work together to scale organic growth across complex, high-volume websites.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
