Job Summary We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile designer to produce engaging visual content for our in-house projects, web application platforms, and client campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong command of design principles, stays updated with social media trends, and can effectively translate brand messaging into visually compelling content that drives engagement and performance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design high-quality visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Create engaging content for in-house brands, web applications, and client platforms, including social posts, website graphics, and promotional materials</li><li>Develop visuals for SEO purposes such as guest posting images, blog graphics, and featured images</li><li>Produce reels, motion graphics, text animations, and short-form video content with strong storytelling elements</li><li>Use AI tools as a creative assistant to enhance design workflows and output quality</li><li>Design posts, stories, ad creatives, banners, thumbnails, and reel covers</li><li>Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints</li><li>Collaborate closely with social media, marketing, SEO, and development teams</li><li>Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms, formats, and campaign goals</li><li>Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates</li><li>Edit, resize, and repurpose creatives for multiple campaigns and channels</li><li>Support marketing and growth initiatives with high-impact visual assets</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Designer or Graphic Designer</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in a similar design role</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing social media, web, and marketing design work</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar</li><li>Strong grip on design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and composition</li><li>Solid understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement strategies</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication principles</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with performance-driven design and social media analytics</li><li>Experience working with digital marketing teams, agencies, or SaaS/web platforms</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
