We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person to manage studio operations, coordinate client projects, and support daily administrative needs.Role OverviewThe Studio Operations &amp; Project Manager is responsible for keeping the studio running smoothly&mdash;managing projects end-to-end, coordinating with clients and vendors, organizing internal workflows, and overseeing administrative and operational tasks. This role requires someone who can think ahead, solve problems quickly, and ensure a seamless experience for both the team and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management<ul><li>Coordinate all client projects from onboarding to final delivery.</li><li>Create timelines, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Maintain project trackers, calendars, and status reports.</li><li>Prepare briefs for designers, photographers, and creative teams.</li></ul>Client Management<ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding scheduling, deliverables, and updates.</li><li>Manage WhatsApp/Email communication professionally and promptly.</li><li>Help prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.</li><li>Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.</li></ul>Studio Operations<ul><li>Manage daily studio workflow and ensure smooth internal communication.</li><li>Oversee vendor sourcing, bookings, and logistics (studios, photographers, models, locations).</li><li>Maintain organized digital systems: folders, trackers, templates, invoices.</li><li>Support scheduling for shoots, meetings, and project reviews.</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Prepare invoices, follow up on payments, and track expenses.</li><li>Organize files, documents, and shared drives.</li><li>Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding freelancers or assisting with schedules.</li><li>Handle general admin tasks that support the business and team.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Experience in project management or operations (creative/marketing field is a plus).</li><li>Excellent written and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset, proactive, and highly reliable.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Drive, Sheets, Docs; experience with project tools is a plus.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Thinks ahead and anticipates needs before they arise.</li><li>Takes ownership and can manage multiple moving parts independently.</li><li>Enjoys structure, process, and organization.</li><li>Comfortable working in a creative environment and communicating with clients, suppliers, and team members.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>

If you specialize in food, product, and various other photography and videography styles and have a track record of serving diverse clients, we want to welcome you to our dynamic studio team.Key Responsibilities:Photography and Videography: Create exceptional visual content for a wide range of client brands, specializing in food, products, and other areas as needed. 2.Creative Vision: Develop and implement innovative concepts tailored to each client's unique requirements, ensuring that the content aligns with their brand and marketing objectives. 3.Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge to operate and maintain photographic and video equipment, ensuring top-notch results in various shooting conditions.Lighting and Composition: Master the art of lighting and composition to produce captivating visuals that align with the client's vision.Editing and Post-Production: Edit and enhance photos and videos to meet or exceed client expectations, including color correction and retouching.Project Management: Manage projects from inception to delivery, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production tasks.Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, art directors, designers, and other team members to understand and meet client expectations while maintaining a consistent visual identity.Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all photography and videography equipment.Qualifications.1. Proven experience as a photographer/videographer with a versatile portfolio showcasing work for diverse client brands, including food, product, and other relevant projects.2. Technical proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and editing software.3. Strong creative and artistic vision, with the ability to adapt to and execute the unique requirements of various client projects.4. Proficiency in post-production techniques and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).5. Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies to meet clients' evolving needs.6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within a team and with clients.8.
