Janitorial Staff &ndash; Immediate Hire (Day Shift)</h1> 
Position Overview 
 
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Janitors for immediate hire to join our day shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in commercial facilities. 
 
Responsibilities 
 
Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, offices, lobbies, and common areas 
<ul><li>
</li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas 
<li>
</li>Empty trash and recycling containers 
<li>
</li>Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) 
<li>
</li>Follow safety guidelines and use proper PPE at all times 
<li>
</li>Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisor 
<li>
</li>Ensure compliance with company cleaning standards and client expectations 
<li>
</li></ul>Qualifications 
 
Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required 
<ul><li>
</li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift 
<li>
</li>Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team 
<li>
</li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service 
<li>
</li>Must pass background check and eligibility to work in the U.S. 
<li>
