Job Description<ul><li> 
Proactively greet customers professionally</li><li>Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy</li><li>Conduct follow-up customer communication</li><li>Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations</li><li>Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers</li><li>Understand and track established individual sales goals</li><li>Track store orders and provide customers with product updates</li><li>Present yourself in a professional manner at all times</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure

It's The Tile Shop, we sell Tile...but did you know that beyond helping homeowners create their dream space with tile, we have engineered hardwood, LVT and all the components to help our &quot;Pro's&quot; AKA Contractors, Designers and other remodeling professionals do the job? In a &quot;Sales&quot; role at The Tile Shop, our expectation is that you provide the best customer experience possible to not only the homeowner, but to all individuals involved in a project. 
Job Description 
<ul><li>
Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals</li><li>
Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.</li><li>
Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.</li><li>
Build lasting relationships by various follow up methods.</li><li>
Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers</li><li>
Track store orders and provide customers with product updates</li><li>
Ability to read, calculate measurements and read floor plans</li><li>
Present yourself in a professional manner at all times</li><li>
Maintaining excellence through Showroom presentation (cleanliness, merchandising)</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li><li>
Provide a World Class Buying Experience for everyone that walks through the door!</li></ul>
Our Part Time Sales role pays an hourly wage from $15/Hr - $18/Hr, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week.
