Job Description:
Opportunity: Grow Your Career
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.<ul><li>
Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers</li><li>
Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect</li><li>
Maintains all floor care cleanliness standards including the maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer</li><li>
Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store, e.g. Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom and Restrooms</li><li>
Adheres to all company policies concerning Health and Safety (includes the refilling of all essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms and Front End)</li><li>
Cross-trained in other areas of the store (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.)</li><li>
Supports and responds to all Front End coverage needs</li><li>
Adheres and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards</li><li>
Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day</li><li>
Adheres to all operational and loss prevention controls in accordance with company guidelines and policies including shrink reduction</li><li>
Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates</li><li>
Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, including Associate meal and break period policies</li><li>
Participates in safety awareness maintains a safe environment</li><li>

The Creative Director, Corporate Brand, leads the in-house creative team responsible for bringing TJX&rsquo;s corporate brand to life across internal, multichannel communications. As TJX&rsquo;s internal brand creative expert, you will translate company strategy, culture, and leadership messaging into high-quality creative experiences for our Associates at every stage of their career! This role sets the creative vision and strategy for how Associates experience our brand&mdash;driving engagement, connection, and business impact through clear, consistent, and compelling design and storytelling.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
Creative Leadership<ul><li>
Lead and inspire a team of designers and copywriters to deliver best-in-class, Associate-focused creative across digital and print channels</li><li>
Own the creative strategy and execution for major enterprise initiatives, including State of the Company, CEO communications, and global leadership campaigns</li><li>
Ensure all work is on-brand, insight-driven, and designed to deliver measurable engagement and results</li><li>
Find opportunities to evolve creative approaches, processes, and efficiencies in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with composure, flexibility, and strategic judgment</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>
Partner closely with Corporate Brand Marketing, project management, media, studio, and production teams to deliver timely, performance-driven Associate-centric content</li><li>
Oversee and art-direct agency and vendor partners to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency</li><li>
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment advertising and social strategies to attract top global talent</li><li>
Cultivate positive relationships with creatives across business divisions to share best practices and elevate creative standards</li></ul>
Team Leadership &amp; Development<ul><li>
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing creative team</li><li>

What You Bring<ul><li>
8&ndash;10 years of experience in design-led creative roles, with proven experience leading creative teams in an in-house or agency environment</li><li>
Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience</li><li>
Exceptional design sensibility, agency, and/or in-house brand experience preferred</li><li>
Strong understanding of internal communications and corporate storytelling</li><li>
Expertise across media, with an emphasis on digital</li><li>
Experience art-directing photo and video shoots</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills</li><li>
Demonstrated success collaborating, partnering, and influencing at all levels across the organization</li><li>
Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage stake- holders, deadlines and deliverables in a fast-pace, changing environment</li><li>
