What you&rsquo;ll do:
The TJX Global Sourcing and Procurement (GS&amp;P) organisation is the cornerstone of efficiency and excellence across our diverse business landscape. As a member of our Centre of Excellence (COE) team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and optimisation, supporting GS&amp;P with operational processes. The COE team consist of 3 pillars/teams: Source to Contract (STC), Procurement and Performance &amp; Analytics (P&amp;A), with each team bringing specialised expertise to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and maximise value across the sourcing and procurement lifecycle.
As a Global Senior Specialist, you will report to Source to Contract Supervisors, supporting Category Management with operational/tactical sourcing events. This position utilises Source to Contract best practices, methodologies, processes, and tools, supporting Category Management, the Global Source to Contract team and the business. You are a trusted partner who provides value to Category Management through the execution of Source to Contract processes, project management skills, sourcing and event compliance expertise. Through your work with other groups, you&rsquo;ll be recognised as someone who drives for results and develops strong relationships across TJX.<ul><li>
Coordinates and oversees administrative work assigned to the Source to Contract Specialist Administrators, which includes loading contracts, running reports, onboarding RFQ-only vendors into sourcing and/or contracting applications with timely and accurate data, tail spend management support, and any other administrative tasks.</li><li>
Upholds best practices/behaviours through collaboration, communication, training, and attendance of operational calls.</li><li>
Leads the delivery of tender events, including creation, execution, training of bidders, monitoring and evaluation/analysis of sourcing events for standard events.</li><li>
Leads Tactical source initiatives and oversees successful delivery of Tactical sourcing events (3 bids and a buy)</li><li>
Leads RFP events and oversees the successful delivery of RFPs for Category Management and Business Partner</li><li>
Reviews and recommends requirement questions to Category management.</li><li>
Completes the final step of event closing / confirms completion of the Audit checklist.</li><li>
Maintains contract repository and supports business partner access.</li><li>
Provides analysis on supplier financial viability based on financial statements, ratios. Reviews and evaluates overall supplier business strengths and weaknesses in meeting TJX&rsquo;s overall supply needs.</li><li>
Performs basic analysis and scoring of supplier responses.</li></ul>
What you&rsquo;ll need:
We seek self-motivated colleagues who demonstrate their ability to support an RFP by recommending appropriate sourcing event structure and selection criteria, independently lead tactical sourcing initiatives, can demonstrate Operational Sourcing Practices, Processes Improvement, Audit Compliance and Category Management support. You'll work with our Source to Contract Supervisors in Canada, Europe and the USA to set objectives and ongoing efforts towards key business outcomes. You&rsquo;ll work with our finest business partners to correlate ongoing efforts with key business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or related experience.</li><li>
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts.</li><li>
Competitive Bid Management Platforms e-sourcing/procurement optimisation/ experience.</li><li>
Experience managing multiple, cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers in project execution.</li><li>
Strong and proven negotiation skills</li><li>
Substantial change management experience</li><li>
Effective conflict resolution</li><li>
Strong time management and project planning</li><li>
Strong presentation skills with experience presenting.</li><li>

Overall, Purpose:</h2>
The Procurement Specialist role is responsible for supporting and all activity regarding all Global Non-merchandise purchasing for all Global non-merchandise spend. They are held responsible for all business and supplier support for purchasing and invoicing including supplier set up.<ul><li>Catalogue creation, including creation of BPA, CPAs and Punchout, this includes the build and implementation of procurement catalogs for assigned categories of spend (iProcurement).</li><li>Running reports as requested from Oracle and/or Sievo.</li><li>Review reporting for non-compliance and either solution in system or work with business to resolve.</li><li>On-boarding vendors to iSupplier portal including providing login information, training, and technical support.</li><li>Create Purchase Orders (PO) and revisions as per business requirements in Oracle Financial application- (core v. M4A different customers, stores, DCs and Corporate, different Geos)</li><li>Ensuring the business utilizes processes for Procurement Compliance while continually monitoring compliance.</li><li>Is the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all the buyers. Ensuring that all buyers follow purchasing policy and procedures.</li><li>Responsible for the development and training of all buyers in all technical, system skills, procurement compliance and standards. This includes providing regular purchasing training to the business, support and resolution of purchasing queries for the business</li><li>Provides all provisioning of the buyers&rsquo; responsibilities within the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.</li><li>Manage the PO request queue in Service Now</li><li>Validate supplier invoice statements and queries with EP</li><li>Processes Invoices either through iSupplier, More4apps or direct submission to Expense Payables (iSupplier, Sourhov, M4As, different for US vs CA and have not yet in EU)</li><li>Provide support to vendors in following up on payment inquiries &ndash; (redirecting payment inquiries, if it is not paid, why not, validating receipt, PO amount to match, PO and invoice not matching(lines), no PO)</li><li>Ensures that Asset management best practices are followed- (ship to location, supplier item, correct vendor)</li><li>Perform Year-end activities such as closing of Purchase orders, validating hardware receiving for year-end, (reviews open PO and works with Ops team, assists with accrual processes)</li><li>Ensuring that the POs for IT maintenance have the correct contract numbers in Service Now</li><li>Assist the management team with the monthly financial reports, i.e. Rolling Plan, Accruals, Expense Summary, Variance Analysis, Pre-Paid Expenses and Quarterly Expense Review.</li><li>Ensure timely payment of Store Weight and Measures invoices.</li><li>Creation of inventory, expense, and capital items</li><li>Performs UAT (User Acceptance Test) testing for Procurement and Inventory modules in support of upgrades and enhancements</li><li>Work with EP and the Business to set up new suppliers and remit updates for payment and purchasing</li><li>Manages and resolves all tickets submitted through the Service Now System.</li><li>Oversees all the purchasing for New Stores, Relocations and Remodels in the United States. This includes ensuring timely procurement of goods and communication to suppliers in support of these stores, as well as issue resolution</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned, e.g. email administration, meetings, trainings, process improvements, etc...</li><li>Hours of support include 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST.
