What you will do
The Distribution Engineering server team at TJX plays a critical role in supporting our global operations by ensuring seamless deployment, configuration, and management of compute solutions. 
As a Senior Engineer on the Loss Prevention Engineering team at TJX you will play a critical role in supporting our global supply chain operations by ensuring reliable deployment, configuration, and management of LP technology solutions. As a Senior Engineer you will spearhead the design and engineer of loss prevention systems, including camera layouts, access control points, and alarm systems, to meet business needs and security standards. Maintaining and supporting Genetec-based infrastructure and integrated security technologies. This includes LP cameras, access control points, license plate readers (LPR), and shooter detection systems (SDS). Your work will help ensure the safety and security of our distribution centers and logistics operations. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Serve as the technical expert for all loss prevention technology, providing support and troubleshooting for complex issues.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Facilities, to ensure seamless integration of security systems with existing infrastructure.</li><li>
Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend technical solutions.</li><li>
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>
Maintain documentation and follow change management processes</li></ul> 
What You will Need (Minimum Qualifications)<ul><li>
Proven experience in a technical role focused on the design and implementation of physical security systems.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of security technologies, including IP cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), access control systems, and alarm systems.</li><li>
Experience with network infrastructure and IT principles as they relate to security systems.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.</li><li>
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience with system monitoring tools and firmware configurations</li><li>
Understanding of ITIL practices and service management tools</li><li>
Exposure to enterprise-grade physical security and incident response systems</li></ul>

What you will do:
This Scrum Master role will support our PoS and Payments Engineering Team, and our QA Function headquartered in India. As a Scrum Master, in an Agile/iterative team you will be responsible for educating and coaching your Scrum/Kanban team(s) on GFOS Agile / Iterative processes. You will also be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives within your team and display a working knowledge of Kanban, Scrum and Iterative principles. Supporting impediment removals, fostering an environment that builds and supports a high performing team and monitoring team progress are key functions or this role.
You will partner with the Product Owner and Product Manager (who in India may be Product, Delivery and or Engineering associates) to ensure the product backlog is continuously refined and work is prioritized and scheduled. The Scrum Master is accountable for delivering value to the business and stakeholders. Understanding and supporting the TJX Solution Delivery Process (SDP) while adhering to Compliance guidelines is key.

Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Over 5 years of experience working in Agile environments, with a strong focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement</li><li>
4+ years serving as a Scrum Master, guiding teams through Agile transformation and execution</li><li>
Advanced Scrum certification (PSM II or CSP), demonstrating deep understanding of Agile principles and practices</li></ul><ul><li>
Expertise in Agile delivery models, including Scrum and Kanban</li><li>
Proficient in story structuring and sizing, defining &quot;Definition of Done,&quot; facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving effective sprint execution</li><li>
Proven ability to coach and support multiple teams simultaneously, fostering collaboration and high performance</li><li>
Exceptional facilitation and conflict resolution skills, enabling productive team dynamics and stakeholder engagement</li><li>
Experienced in estimation and budgeting, supporting planning and forecasting across initiatives</li><li>
Clear and transparent communicator, adept at aligning teams and stakeholders through concise messaging</li><li>
Empathetic leadership style, supporting and motivating teams through challenges and change</li><li>
Strong problem-solving capabilities, focused on removing impediments and maintaining team momentum</li><li>
