We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team to support admissions, marketing, and overall safety and staff coordination.Key Responsibilities:Admissions &amp; Parent Relations:<ul><li>Manage and guide parents through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.</li><li>Maintain student records and ensure compliance with Ministry of Education and nursery regulations.</li><li>Build strong relationships with parents and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Communication:<ul><li>Support marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional activities.</li><li>Represent the nursery at community events and open days.</li><li>Coordinate updates on the nursery&rsquo;s website and social media platforms.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Staff Coordination:<ul><li>Ensure child safety protocols are followed at all times.</li><li>Conduct regular safety checks and support staff in maintaining compliance standards.</li><li>Assist in scheduling, attendance, and communication among the teaching and support staff.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in a nursery, school, or educational setting is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of child safety and nursery compliance regulations is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A friendly and supportive working environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and training.</li><li>Competitive salary.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>hospitality: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic/ English (Required)</li></ul>
