This is an in-person, onsite position at our River North location. Remote applications will not be considered.This role supports both administrative operations and marketing initiatives, helping maintain seamless private dining execution while elevating our brand presence across digital platforms.Compensation$25.00 &ndash; $27.50 per hour 15 hours per week Part-timeEmployee discount , Flexible scheduleKey ResponsibilitiesMarketing &amp; Brand Support<ul><li>Develop and distribute newsletters using Constant Contact</li></ul><ul><li>Manage Tock reservations system (holiday promotions, special events)</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and update menus using InDesign / Adobe Suite</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain Menu Box and foyer chalkboard updates</li></ul><ul><li>Provide regular marketing updates to General Manager</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee interior holiday decor and seasonal updates</li></ul>Online Platform Management<ul><li>Manage Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, SinglePlatform, and Google My Business</li></ul><ul><li>Engage with followers and respond to reviews/comments/messages</li></ul><ul><li>Manage marketing email account</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor social trends and implement visibility strategies</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Private Dining Support<ul><li>Provide general administrative support</li></ul><ul><li>Print Chef BEOs and post for BOH staff</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in creating private dining packets (menus, frames, vendor checks, etc.)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in administrative support and marketing (restaurant/hospitality preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Constant Contact, Tock, and Google My Business</li></ul><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li></ul><ul><li>Creative mindset with passion for hospitality</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to fully embrace and represent our brand voice</li></ul>LogisticsLocation: 350 N State Street, Chicago, IL 60654Schedule: Primarily weekday daytime or nighttime hours; occasional holidays/weekends Start Date: Flexible (March 24, 2025 or earlier)Work Location: In personThis role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on marketing experience inside a single-location, owner-operated restaurant with a strong and loyal guest base.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 per weekWork Location: In person
