 Your Role as a BCBA
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct assessments and monitor client progress using data-driven strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians in client homes
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with families to ensure quality and consistency of care
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete documentation and planning tasks remotely
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage a balanced caseload that includes 3 evening cases (3 PM-8 PM)
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with ABA research, trends, and best practices
