We pride ourselves on fast response times, great communication, and detailed photo reports so property managers and owners never have to wonder what&rsquo;s going on.We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable Operations &amp; Customer Service Coordinator to be the &ldquo;air traffic controller&rdquo; for our crews and the friendly voice our customers trust.What You&rsquo;ll DoYour main job is to keep the schedule full, organized, and running smoothly:<ul><li>Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers and prospects</li><li>Schedule estimates and jobs, coordinate with field crews, and prevent double-bookings</li><li>Confirm next-day jobs with customers and ensure crews have all needed details</li><li>Create and send estimates and invoices using our software (we will train you)</li><li>Make sure before/after job photos are received and properly stored/sent to clients</li><li>Follow up with customers after jobs for feedback and reviews</li><li>Handle basic questions about services, pricing ranges, and availability</li><li>Support the owner with light admin tasks related to jobs, vendors, and customers</li><li>Support Marketing Team with in-field footage from time to time</li></ul>You&rsquo;re a Great Fit If:<ul><li>You&rsquo;re organized and like keeping details straight in a fast-moving environment</li><li>You&rsquo;re comfortable on the phone and can sound calm and professional with stressed customers</li><li>You enjoy solving small problems on the fly and keeping things moving</li><li>You can learn new software quickly (CRM / scheduling tools)</li><li>You take ownership: if something falls between the cracks, you want to catch it</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, admin, or office coordination (home services, trades, or logistics is a plus)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfortable using a computer all day (email, calendar, CRM)</li><li>Reliable, on-time, and able to work Mon&ndash;Fri 8:00&ndash;5:00</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Pay $15.00 - $22.00</li><li>Small team, direct access to the owner, and room to grow as the company expands</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease apply through Indeed with:<ul><li>Your resume</li><li>A brief note explaining why this role is a good fit for you and your experience with phones/scheduling/sales</li></ul>We&rsquo;re moving quickly on this hire and will reach out to qualified candidates to schedule an interview.Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 20.0 &ndash; 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
