We're profitable, fast-moving, and looking for a Content &amp; Brand Manager to own our social media presence and drive real business results.Job SummaryWe're hiring a full-time Content &amp; Brand Manager to lead content creation, short-form video editing, social media management, and campaign automation across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. This role directly impacts lead generation and course enrollment through strategic, conversion-focused content.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and publish 4 platform-native social media posts per week across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X</li><li>Edit short-form video content in CapCut or equivalent tools</li><li>Design carousels and branded graphics with attention to visual hierarchy and consistency</li><li>Prepare content day production materials including hooks, scripts, and execution documents</li><li>Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, video) into 8&ndash;12 platform-specific assets</li><li>Build and manage ManyChat automation flows tied to lead magnets and campaign signups</li><li>Monitor and report on engagement, reach, saves, shares, and conversion attribution monthly</li><li>Respond to DMs and high-intent comments within 24 hours and surface leads to the Sales team</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years managing a brand's social media presence end-to-end</li><li>Proficiency in CapCut or similar short-form video editing tools</li><li>Experience with Canva, Adobe, or equivalent design tools for carousel and graphic creation</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of social media funnels and conversion strategy</li><li>Hands-on experience with ManyChat or similar automation platforms</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms</li><li>Ability to track and analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights</li><li>Portfolio or examples of managed accounts with measurable results required</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in online education, coaching, or digital product industries</li><li>Familiarity with EOS business operating systems</li><li>Background in AI, tech, or business content niches</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>30&ndash;40% of bootcamp and masterclass signups attributed to social within 90 days</li><li>15&ndash;20% quarter-over-quarter improvement in saves, shares, and meaningful engagement</li><li>4 posts per week published consistently with zero missed windows</li><li>ManyChat campaigns show measurable conversion lift with documented performance</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Schedule<ul><li>Full-time position | Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>Minneapolis Metro Area preferred</li><li>Note: Twice per year, the team operates in 6&ndash;8 week high-intensity launch windows requiring expanded availability</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,398.47 - $66,716.44 per yearWork Location: Remote
