Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and procure interior design materials such as laminates, veneers, wood, paints, hardware, furniture, lighting, and d&eacute;cor items.</li><li>Obtain and compare vendor quotations to ensure best pricing and quality.</li><li>Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.</li><li>Coordinate with design, project, and accounts teams for material approvals and billing.</li><li>Identify and develop reliable vendors and maintain long-term supplier relationships.</li><li>Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules to meet project timelines.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.</li><li>Monitor material quality and report discrepancies or delays to the project manager.</li><li>Track procurement costs and contribute to cost control and budget adherence.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of procurement experience in the interior design or fit-out industry.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
