Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Sialkot Office)Location: Sialkot, PakistanWorking Days: 6 days a weekShift Duration: 9 hours per day, on a rotating schedule aligned with UK hours (7 a.m. to 10 p.m. UK time). Flexibility is required.Salary: Starts at 40,000 PKR per month, with an additional 10,000 PKR for candidates with fluent, neutral-accent English. Night shift differentials apply after 6 p.m. UK time.Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent English with a neutral accent is mandatory.</li><li>Strict adherence to company procedures is non-negotiable.</li><li>No other commitments that could interfere with the role.</li><li>Strong computer skills and the ability to handle a high-pressure workload while following procedures.</li></ul>Role Duties:This is an intense, full-on customer service role. You will be multitasking across a range of tasks: handling inbound communications, processing bookings, chasing payments and missing details, and rescheduling deliveries.
