Salary Range: $53,000 - $55,000 annualized, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.

Job Summary 
 
The Social Media Specialist II supports UT San Antonio Academic Affairs' strategic goals by managing all aspects of Academic Affairs official social media presence. The position coordinates content production, planning and publishing across a variety of communication channels, including websites, email, social media and mobile. This position collaborates with internal stakeholders to shape and approve content for publication.
 
 
Core Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Contributes to department's social media strategy and executing that strategy through the creation and delivery of social media content that supports and elevates Academic Affairs reputation and messaging in alignment with UT San Antonio's brand standards.
</li><li>Creates and posts compelling content including videos and photos to university's social media channels that illustrates university academic excellence.
</li><li>Interacts with university faculty, staff, students, alumni, and other stakeholders to complete social media projects.
</li><li>Provides event-related social media support.
</li><li>Executes a social media plan including goals, strategies, tactics, and budget to communicate the UT San Antonio brand and its education, research, and community outreach missions.</li><li>
Produces branded images and infographics to use on Academic Affairs' social media channels and websites.</li><li>
Researches social media trends and best practices; proactively contributes to the department's multimedia strategy.</li><li>
Monitors, analyzes and reports on social media engagement.</li><li>
Collaborates with UT San Antonio staff and students assigned to manage social media channels for various UT San Antonio colleges, departments, programs, and areas.</li><li>
Writes, formats, and assembles documents and publications for the assigned area, ensuring that they are in compliance with university standards and requirements. This includes articles, newsletters, and other materials (digital and printed). Supervises work-studies, interns, and student employees.
</li><li>Counsels Academic Affairs faculty and staff on social media best practices, strategies, and tactics.</li><li>
Partners, as needed, outside of business hours, including evenings, holidays, or weekends.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Required Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.</li><li>
One (1) year of related work experience.</li><li>
Valid drivers license.</li><li>
This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.</li></ul>

This position will work both on campus and remotely in Texas. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.

Job Summary 
 
The Management Analyst formulates, implements, and manages initiatives, processes, and reporting activities across the Alvarez College of Business and the broader University. The role supports and oversees faculty lifecycle initiatives and associated recruiting, reviews, data, and operational functions. 
 
Core Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Administers process across the faculty lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, promotion and tenure, and performance evaluations.</li><li>
Maintains and analyzes confidential faculty data and reporting systems supporting recruiting, accreditation, promotion and tenure, and other important reviews such as CPE.</li><li>
Develops and manages operational documents such as offer letters, funding models, and analytical reports in compliance with university guidelines.</li><li>
Serves as a liaison across the college and university, coordinating with units such as VPAA to gather data, provide reporting, and support decision-making.</li><li>
Provides support to faculty committees and governance processes by advising on timelines, policies, and procedures related to faculty matters.</li><li>
Oversees the implementation and administration of new and ongoing projects related to faculty success, research, and administrative operations.</li><li>
Coordinates administrative operations within the Office of the Dean and identifies opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.</li><li>
Manages sensitive and confidential information and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.</li><li>
