We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be HVAC certified and experienced in maintaining and repairing apartment community systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning living environment for all residents.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Perform routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly and professionally.</li><li>
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.</li><li>
Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and preventative maintenance.</li><li>
Ensure all equipment, tools, and work areas are maintained in good condition.</li><li>
Assist with unit inspections, turnovers, and maintaining curb appeal.</li><li>
Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.</li><li>
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
HVAC certification (required).</li><li>
Previous multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>
Reliable, hardworking, and customer service-oriented.</li></ul>
