 Role Summary
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts - Document &amp; Email Management Integration Lead
 
 to design, implement, and demonstrate a secure and scalable integration between Oracle Fusion SaaS and a third-party Document Management System (DMS), such as Egnyte or equivalent.This role combines solution architecture, integration delivery, compliance alignment, and client-facing demonstration capabilities. The ideal candidate will architect secure integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), enable metadata-driven folder structures, ensure regulatory compliance (PDPL, NCA - KSA), and support structured email and document lifecycle management within enterprise contract environments.

 Design and implement secure integration between
 
 Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts
 
 and third-party DMS platforms.Develop integrations using
 
 Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
 
 or equivalent middleware.Enable metadata synchronization between Fusion contract objects and DMS folder structures.Establish object-level reference linking from Fusion to stored documents.Ensure secure API-based connectivity (REST/SOAP) with proper authentication and encryption standards.
 
 2. Document Management &amp; Folder Architecture
 
 
 
 Design configurable hierarchical folder structures aligned to:RegionsClustersOrganizational hierarchy changesImplement dynamic folder creation driven by contract metadata.Configure folder and sub-folder level permissions.Enforce least-privilege access and role-based security models.
 
 3. Email &amp; File Management
 
 
 
 Enable direct saving of emails and attachments from
 
 Microsoft Outlook
 
 into relevant deal/contract project folders.Implement person-centric filing models to support structured legal handovers.Configure document version control and audit tracking mechanisms.Align document storage practices with the enterprise contract lifecycle.
 
 4. Security, Compliance &amp; Governance
 
 
 
 Implement Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM) controls.Ensure audit logging, traceability, and monitoring capabilities.Align the solution with:
 
 PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law - KSA)
 
 
 NCA (National Cybersecurity Authority) compliance standards
 
 Validate data privacy, encryption, and secure integration design principles.
 
 5. Client Demonstration &amp; Solution Enablement
 
 
 
 Deliver structured demo sessions covering:Regional &amp; Cluster-Based Folder StructuresFile &amp; Email Management capabilitiesPresent architecture diagrams and integration approach to stakeholders.Conduct feasibility assessments and effort estimations.Recommend suitable DMS platforms based on prior implementation experience.

 5+ years of experience with
 
 Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
 
 Strong functional and technical knowledge of
 
 Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts
 
 Hands-on experience with
 
 Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
 
 Proven experience integrating SaaS applications with DMS platformsStrong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration security patternsExperience with Identity &amp; Access Management frameworksKnowledge of compliance standards such as PDPL, NCA, or similar regulatory frameworks
 
 Preferred
