Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments. Must have excellent attendance! Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care. Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week): Monday &ndash; Friday 6:45am to 3:45pm
Compensation: Hiring range starts at $18.00/hour and goes up based on an evaluation of experience.
Requirements:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.
</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required .
</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
</li><li>Experience with Epic preferred.
</li><li>Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
</li><li>Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Medical Front Desk - 87th

<div>Join the Infusion Center at 87th Ave. as a part-time Infusion Nurse!
Schedule: 20 hrs/week. Rotating - 3 days one week, 2 days the following week.
Week 1: Wed-Thur 7:00am-4:00pm
Week 2: Mon, Wed, Thur: 7am-4:00pm.
(Part-time requires full-time, on-site training for several weeks.)
*Schedule will be transitioning to two 10/hr shifts in August: 7:00am-5:30pm, days TBD.* 
Wage : new hires generally start between $42.60-$52.50 and placement in the range is dependent on an evaluation of experience. 
As a ( non-chemo ) Infusion Nurse you will work in an outpatient infusion setting with a team of skilled professionals.
Responsibilities include: mixing and administering biotherapy agents, maintaining knowledge of the actions/interactions of the biotherapeutic agents, aid in the delivery of quality health care, act as a patient advocate for a broad range of people with varied ethnic, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds and help patients maintain their health and treat illness. INFUSION EXPERIENCE PREFERRED! 
Required Experience
<ul><li>Active, unencumbered Washington or Multi-State RN license required . ( required to have active Washington RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer if using multi-state licensure )
</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider certification.
</li><li>Excellent venous access skills to include peripheral IV insertion, mediport and PICC care and maintenance required.
</li><li>Previous experience in an outpatient medical setting preferred.
</li><li>Previous experience with electronic medical record preferred.

Our department consists of 11 general dermatology clinicians (9 physicians and 2 physician assistants). Additionally, we have a physician assistant fully dedicated to Mohs surgery and one full-time Mohs surgeon.
We are a general dermatology practice offering all aspects of surgical and medical dermatologic care including phototherapy, patch testing, laser treatments and in-house dermatopathology support. Cosmetic services are offered on an incidental basis.
