We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Laboratory Assistant to support daily lab operations, including report retrieval, data entry, specimen processing, and customer service. This role is essential in ensuring accurate documentation, timely workflow, and high‑quality patient care.
<ul><li>Hiring Range: $20.60/hour - $26/hour depending on applicable professional experience
</li><li>Schedule: Tuesday &ndash; Friday 1:30pm to 10pm, and Saturday from 10:30am to 7pm.
</li><li>Differentials : Evening after 5:30pm $3/hr, and Saturday differential $2.56/hr
</li></ul>Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Retrieve, file, distribute, and maintain laboratory reports and records.
</li><li>Perform accurate data entry, scanning, faxing, and inventory tasks.
</li><li>Provide professional, compassionate customer service to patients, clinicians, and staff.
</li><li>Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling.
</li><li>Perform CLIA‑waived and moderate‑complexity testing, including quality control procedures.
</li><li>Prioritize and process specimens (STAT, ASAP, Routine, Pre‑op) efficiently.
</li><li>Maintain clean, safe, and compliant laboratory work areas.
</li><li>Troubleshoot basic instrument or workflow issues and escalate when needed.
</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.
</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or laboratory settings strongly preferred.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
</li><li>Comfortable working under pressure and both independently and as part of a team.
</li><li>Ability to distinguish colors and shades.
</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Clinical Lab Assistant

We&rsquo;re looking for a Physician Assistant with urgent care experience to work on an on-call basis. Clinicians may work pre-planned shifts or pick up shifts as they become available. The ideal candidate will be qualified to see all age ranges and a large variety of medical conditions. We have full clinic lab and imaging support available. Our culture encourages collaboration between our 40+ specialty practices.
Position details:
<ul><li>Expanded hours at serval clinics, so availability to cover evening shifts (until 11pm) is required
</li><li>Clinicians may be asked to cover any of our 6 clinics offering urgent care services, which are typically staffed with 2 clinicians per shift
</li><li>8, 10, or 12-hour shifts depending on site
</li><li>Standard clinic hours: Monday &ndash; Friday, 7 am &ndash; 8 pm; Saturday &amp; Sunday, 7 am &ndash; 5 pm; Salmon Creek 2 and Camas are open until 10 pm (Mon-Fri) and 11 pm (Sat/Sun)
</li><li>Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas

Urgent Care Physician Assistant On-call

Location : Salmon Creek 2 
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:15pm to 11:15pm

Part-time Patient Services Rep - Salmon Creek 2

We&rsquo;re looking for a BC/BE Dermatologist with fellowship training in Mohs surgery to work on an on-call basis. Our department consists of 11 general dermatology clinicians (9 physicians and 2 physician assistants). Additionally, we have a physician assistant fully dedicated to Mohs surgery and one full-time Mohs surgeon.
We are a general dermatology practice offering all aspects of surgical and medical dermatologic care including phototherapy, patch testing, laser treatments and in-house dermatopathology support. Cosmetic services are offered on an incidental basis.

On-Call Mohs Surgery

Join the Family Medicine team as a WA State Medical Assistant-Certified at our Battle Ground location! 
Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting patient information, preparing patients for examination, assisting with procedures, and assisting with overall delivery of patient care.
