Our mission is to empower learners to think independently, act responsibly, and make meaningful contributions to the real world.Role OverviewWe are looking for a warm, committed, and creative Kindergarten Teacher to join our Waldorf-inspired early childhood program. The ideal candidate will support children&rsquo;s holistic development through play-based learning, hands-on activities, storytelling, rhythm, and nurturing classroom routines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create a safe, engaging, and orderly classroom environment.</li><li>Conduct daily activities: storytelling, circle time, free play, art &amp; craft, movement, outdoor play, and practical life tasks.</li><li>Introduce early literacy and numeracy readiness through play and experiential learning.</li><li>Observe and document each child&rsquo;s developmental progress and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Build strong communication with parents and provide regular updates.</li><li>Manage behaviour gently and consistently, ensuring positive interactions.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues, assistant teachers, and coordinators for planning and supervision.</li><li>Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and adherence to school policies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Development / relevant field or any degree.</li><li>Montessori, Kindergarten, or Waldorf Early Childhood training preferred.</li><li>Experience in early childhood is preferable.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Warm, patient, and child- centred approach.</li><li>Strong communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Creative and capable of planning engaging activities.</li><li>Good documentation and organizational abilities.</li><li>Team-oriented and responsible.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Training opportunities</li><li>Waldorf-inspired methodologies</li><li>Child-centred, nurturing school culture</li></ul>Send your resume to: hr@thevelsacademy.comContact : 9363467309Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: From &#8377;16,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
