Our learning environment integrates academic excellence with arts, imagination, experiential learning, and values-based education.We are looking for a passionate Lower Secondary English Teacher who can inspire students through meaningful learning experiences and strong language-building skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Teach Cambridge English curriculum for Lower Secondary (Grades 6&ndash;8)</li><li>Plan engaging, age-appropriate, interdisciplinary lessons</li><li>Build strong foundations in:</li><li>Reading comprehension</li><li>Creative &amp; reflective writing</li><li>Grammar &amp; vocabulary</li><li>Speaking &amp; listening skills</li><li>Encourage creativity through stories, literature, drama, poetry, and presentations</li><li>Assess student progress using formative and summative assessments</li><li>Maintain a warm, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment</li><li>Collaborate with faculty to integrate Waldorf-inspired methodologies</li><li>Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues</li><li>Support student well-being and holistic growth</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s / Master&rsquo;s degree in English, Literature, Education, or related field</li><li>Teaching certification / B.Ed preferred</li><li>Experience teaching Grades 6&ndash;8 (Cambridge curriculum experience is an advantage)</li><li>Strong command of English (spoken &amp; written)</li><li>Passion for creative, experiential, and child-centered teaching</li><li>Openness to Waldorf-inspired learning approaches</li></ul>Desired Skills<ul><li>Creative and innovative teaching style</li><li>Ability to connect with adolescents empathetically</li><li>Classroom management and collaborative mindset</li><li>Interest in literature, arts, storytelling, or theatre is an added advantage</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Supportive and nurturing school environment</li><li>Opportunity to work in a creative and progressive learning ecosystem</li><li>Professional development and training support</li><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
