Content Creation &amp; Design<ul><li>Design high-quality creatives for:</li><li>Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn</li><li>Event promotions, fashion &amp; lifestyle posts</li><li>Edit reels and short-form videos (events, BTS, storytelling)</li><li>Create basic website visuals, banners, and digital assets</li></ul>2. Social Media Execution &amp; Timely Posting<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and post content on time as per the content calendar</li><li>Ensure daily, weekly, and campaign-based posting consistency</li><li>Upload reels, posts, stories, and carousels accurately</li></ul>3. Content Ideation &amp; Support<ul><li>Come up with content ideas aligned with:</li><li>Brand positioning</li><li>Events, fashion, luxury storytelling</li><li>Assist with captions and content flow (visual + message alignment)</li><li>Support blog and article posting (visual formatting &amp; uploads)</li></ul>4. Brand Consistency<ul><li>Follow brand guidelines for:</li><li>Colours, fonts, tone, and luxury look</li><li>Ensure all content maintains a premium and cohesive brand identity</li><li>Implement feedback and revisions quickly</li></ul>Skills Required (Must-Have)Design &amp; Video Editing<ul><li>Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator</li><li>Premiere Pro / After Effects (reels &amp; short videos)</li><li>Strong sense of layout, typography, and luxury aesthetics</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Content<ul><li>Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook &amp; LinkedIn</li><li>Understanding of reels, trends, and platform formats</li><li>Ability to manage content calendars and deadlines</li><li>Familiarity with scheduling tools</li></ul>Who Should Apply<ul><li>Candidates with experience in:</li><li>Luxury events / weddings</li><li>Fashion or lifestyle brands</li><li>Creative or digital agencies</li><li>Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven</li><li>Hands-on executor</li></ul>Portfolio RequirementApplicants must share:<ul><li>Social media design samples</li><li>Reel / video editing work</li><li>Any work related to events, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands</li></ul>Good to Have <ul><li>Basic SEO understanding for blogs</li><li>Photography or on-ground event exposure</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: ₹11,264.30 - ₹25,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 10 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
