We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support a business owner in a fast-paced financial services environment. This individual will play a critical role in daily operations, helping ensure the office runs efficiently while delivering a high level of service to clients.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes, anticipates needs before they arise, and is motivated by making a meaningful impact on both the team and the clients we serve.Benefits:<ul><li>Health Insurance is negotiable.</li><li>SEP IRA Eligible after three years.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct administrative and operational support to the business owner</li><li>Manage scheduling, calendars, and coordination of meetings and appointments</li><li>Assist with client communications, including calls, emails, and meeting preparation</li><li>Prepare, process, and track paperwork with a high level of accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Help coordinate client meetings, events, and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain organized systems and ensure compliance with industry standards</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency</li><li>Act as a point of contact to help ensure a seamless client experience</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior administrative experience required; experience supporting executives is a plus</li><li>Previous experience in the financial services industry (or a related field) preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a client-first mindset</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently</li><li>Professional communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>High level of discretion and integrity</li><li>Proficiency with standard office and CRM systems</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For: We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is diligent, forward-thinking, and takes pride in their work.
