Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree removal, tree pruning, and land clearing with experience in operating bucket trucks, skid steers, trailers, spider lifts, and performing tree trimming tasks. This role is essential for maintaining the health and aesthetics of our clients' properties, ensuring that trees are well cared for and safely removed, if necessary.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently to access trees for trimming and removal.</li><li>Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal services as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care and garden upkeep to enhance the overall appearance of properties.</li><li>Utilize GIS technology to assess tree health and plan maintenance activities effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.</li><li>Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients regarding services provided and any necessary follow-up actions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in tree care, landscaping, or related fields is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with bucket operation and safety procedures associated with aerial work.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality service.</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.</li><li>CDL Class A required.</li></ul>Join us in providing exceptional tree service that enhances the beauty and safety of our community.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Safety equipment provided</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Tree care: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
