Requirements</b></h2><div><p>
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.</p><p>
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.</p><p>
Prior Sales Experience.</p><p>
Professional phone etiquette.</p><p>
A Property &amp; Casualty insurance license is required.</p><p>
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.</p></div>

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.</p><p>
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.</p><p>
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.</p><p>
Document each customer contact in eAgent.</p><p>
Provide exceptional customer service and support.</p><p>
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.</p><p>
Work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>
Attend training and continuing education courses.</p><p>
