The Village at Germantown, an upscale and uniquely comprehensive retirement community, is seeking a dynamic and personable Lifestyle Sales Advisor to join our Sales &amp; Marketing team. This entry-level, resident-facing role offers a rare opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to a mission-driven, relationship-centered environment. 
 
This position blends sales, marketing, social media management, photography, event coordination, and high-level communication. As an essential representative of our community, you will guide prospective residents and their families through their discovery process with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.

Essential Functions 
<ul>
<li>Gain thorough knowledge of the community, sales process, Residency Agreement, and Resident Handbook.</li>
<li>Maintain and adjust sales strategies to support stabilized occupancy.</li>
<li>Meet Critical Success Factors, including daily call standards, monthly tours/appointments, and monthly sales goals.</li>
<li>Conduct effective tours, home visits, and presentations for prospects, residents, and community/civic organizations.</li>
<li>Participate in meetings and sales discussions to support communication and monthly/quarterly goals.</li>
<li>Use MatrixCare CRM for lead tracking, data entry, notes, and reports.</li>
<li>Develop closing strategies and maintain current knowledge of competitors.</li>
<li>Plan, organize, and lead prospect events; participate in resident programs and special events.</li>
<li>Safeguard confidential sales, marketing, financial, and operational information.</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, follow-up skills, and professional conduct.</li>
<li>Use Word, Excel, MatrixCare, Canva and/or Illustratus for sales and marketing tasks</li>
<li>Cultivate referral sources among residents and external professionals.</li>
<li>Work with the VP of Sales &amp; Marketing and Sales Assistant to ensure complete and accurate resident files and adherence to the 90-day move-in timeline.</li>
<li>Communicate issues or suggestions promptly to leadership.</li>
<li>Address difficult situations with courtesy and professionalism.</li>
<li>Represent the community positively and maintain professional business attire.</li>
<li>Work flexible hours, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays.</li>
<li>Capture high-quality photos/videos for marketing, social media, and advertising; collaborate with marketing to create on-brand content.</li>
<li>Relate effectively to all levels of management and professionals; demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.</li>
</ul>Skills, knowledge, Certifications &amp; Licensing 
<ul>
<li>Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Canva, and/or other editing software.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li>
</ul>Experience &amp; Education Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a four-year accredited university preferred (Marketing or related field preferred).</li>
<li>Stable work history with at least two years at the same organization.</li>
<li>Prior sales experience preferred but not required.</li>
