 Patient Care Coordinator
 
 . This part-time, in-person position is the heart of our front office and the first friendly face our families see when they walk through the door.
 
 
 
 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every patient, supporting day-to-day office operations, and helping our practice run smoothly. This role requires a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with grace.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Greet patients warmly and check them in for their appointments
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule appointments and manage patient flow using the Jane platform
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect payments and issue receipts
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer incoming calls and return messages
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and respond to emails in the front desk inbox
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform opening and closing office duties (e.g., tidying reception area, preparing rooms)
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide light marketing support such as updating flyers, assisting with social media, or organizing event materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with therapies or basic exam prep (non-licensed support)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support general office organization and maintain a calm, welcoming environment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prior experience in reception, customer service, or office administration preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Jane or similar scheduling/EHR platforms is a plus (training provided)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized and dependable with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with light computer and phone work
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in wellness and a heart for serving families and children
 </li>
 </ul>
