We are an established center that has been open for over 20 years. The campus consists of two buildings, lots of age-appropriate playgrounds, beautiful gardens and outdoor classrooms, a dedicated art room, state-of-the-art security, and the finest professional teaching team in the area. We are committed to investing in our staff and developing a caring, friendly community of educators and learners. What You'll Do:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Guiding Classroom Operations:</b> Support the Lead Teachers in shaping the overall learning experience.</li>
<li><b>Building Meaningful Connections:</b> Forge strong relationships with both children and their families.</li>
<li><b>Fostering a Positive Environment:</b> Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What You Bring to the Table:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Age:</b> Be a minimum of 18 years old.</li>
<li><b>Bilingual Spanish-Speaking.</b></li>
<li><b>Certification &amp; Education</b>:
<ul><li>Completed and active DCF 45 Hours.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Experience:</b> Experience in a licensed childcare facility is preferred.</li>
<li><b>Training Requirements:
</b><ul><li>Possess CPR and First Aid certification.</li>
<li>Pass a Background Check.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Shift</b>: Ability to work either from 12:00pm-6:00pm or 2:00pm-6:00pm.</li>
